It’s definitely got cold now! The Essex river is tidal and brackish but it still freezes on top when the temperatures are down to 10f and below overnight!

Improved GP shirt graphics
Last month I ordered a couple of nice GP shirts from MINI Swag; it turns out the front graphics didn’t print as the designer had wished – they contacted me and all the other buyers, and offered to mail out replacement shirts at no cost!
My new shirt arrived last night – and the print is clearly improved on the front, but just as nice in every other way (see the original write-up for more details).

I thought the shirt was great (“fabulous”) before – now it’s even better!
They care only about themselves
Some American kids (brats?) today are apparently educated that they are the most important thing in the world and nothing / no-one else matters … their idea of a jolly fun Saturday night game is to smash other peoples mail boxes with a baseball bat!
This is the third time this has happened in the last five years, and it’s extremely infuriating 😦
