Close to home after 1111.1 miles down to JLG and back – but at the last, dead stop in lots of traffic!

I really expected Saturday traffic to be much easier – but it wasn’t 😦

I did get home, but 3/4 of an hour later than I expected!

I spent far longer than I expected today at JLG, testing with Dan …

Ignacy was also present, doing some testing, as well as a couple other Engineers:

I didn’t get away till about 5pm and with 500 miles to get home, I’m stopping tonight in New Jersey, leaving me less than 350 to go tomorrow morning …
Today was a “working outside at JLG” day, with Fog, Rain, Sun, high humidity … I set up the computer in the back of the Q5, which worked out as quite a good “office space” 🙂

We spent the morning setting up and testing function speeds, then in the afternoon confirmed the same settings worked fine on the other machines; at various points other Engineers visited to do their own checking (here Pat is testing the machine):

Tomorrow morning will be more “show & tell” time, then I’ll likely start the drive home after lunch – not sure if I’ll get all the way home though; Friday evening traffic is always worse than Wednesday daytime!
