While Margaret continues to search for new employment, she’s been spending lots of time at home keeping busy – sanding and re-staining the decks, and now sanding and painting the exterior trim … and adding a new house number, easier to see than the old one at the bottom of the steps:

The new construction at Cogswell, which will one day be Letizia & Roberto’s new home, continues – and has reached the roof! Here’s a view of the huge new home, with the original in front (what you can’t easily see here is that the new home is much further down the hill, so stands about 15′ higher!):
