Different fireworks at Epcot

We’ve not seen the fireworks at Epcot since 2017(!) and they’ve been completely redesigned now to more of a water fountain show with some added fireworks … the water is in the middle of the World Showcase lake and it’s very low and difficult to see unless you have a perfect viewing position. The sound is more of a commentary than epic music, and to me a bit disappointing.

But I did get some nice photos:

We also got our first look at the Flower Show with its many “topiary” characters …

My X3 is leaking!

Last week Margaret noted a fresh black oily puddle on our garage floor (and it looks like there’s older dried stains too), looking under the car I could see a drip at the edge of a cover but no further clue to the cause …

I quickly took it to BMW and they identified that “the transfer case main bushing is leaking” at a nearly $2000 repair cost!

Since they don’t have the part in stock, I’m now driving a surprisingly small/cramped X2 – I’ve hit my head more than once getting out of the car so it’s not a future car for me even though it’s quite well equipped with a good-enough engine (of course not as potent as my X3 M40i!) …

Not sure how long I will have this car … hopefully it’s big enough to take our visitors and their luggage back to the airport!

UPDATE: I got my car back today (March 2nd) …
