It’s been a cold winter so far, and Goose Cove Reservoir is quite frozen! I took a walk out on to the ice today, to take pictures – another sunny, cold day, but the wind blowing across the ice was bitter!

Another day of snow
Snow was supposed to start late last night and go on all day; in fact when we got up, light snow was changing to rain – but now it’s back to large flakes coming down (a problem for my planned flight to California this evening!)
Light and fluffy snow
So overnight, and through most of the morning, it snowed again … very light stuff, easy to clear, but still maybe 5″ of it! Standard task – clear the cars, then we can go out! Thanks to the plow trucks, the roads are OK:
