Stacy Boulevard

With more fabulous weather, we headed down to the Gloucester Waterfront Festival (an annual two day tent/stalls event selling food, artisan items and oddities!) – but with lots of traffic due to it’s popularity, we parked a distance away and walked along Stacy Boulevard to get there, admiring the Ocean and all the American flags; we also watched the Cut Bridgeopen and let some boats through. At the Waterfront Festival, in Stage Fort Park, in addition to all the stalls we were able to enjoy the pebble beach, and more classic cars!

Classic parking

Our trip up to New Hampshire was due to an invite by Loon Mountain to assist them with parking for their Kruise the Kanc Classic Car Drive (the Kancamagus Highway celebrates 50 years this year!)

Sadly, instead of the hoped for 200+ classic cars, only 20 made it to the event (although a group of five MG’s arrived just after everyone else left) – but still we MINI folks enjoyed the day, helping with parking, admiring the cars that did attend, and enjoying the amazing weather (baking sun with temps in the mid 80s!)

Lots of pictures over on GBMINI; here’s one example …
