Within a week of moving into our new home, we flew south to DisneyWorld in Florida and spent a fabulous week (after initial torrential rain) at Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Disney MGM Studios … here’s some scanned photos from that trip:
Today, we moved in to our new home in Gloucester, MA! A small home (650 sqft) with two bedrooms, living room and kitchen – and a basement partially finished to give us a little extra space.
Today, with all the paperwork finally sorted, we bought one way tickets and flew with Virgin Atlantic from London, England, to Boston, USA! For now, we are living in a house rented by Ian’s employer – which is also where he works, so an easy commute (lucky, since we don’t own a car yet!)
Most of our belongings are in transit from UK to USA, we’re hoping they don’t get here too soon – our next task is to find somewhere to live, in USA …
