We are spending a wonderful day at MINI friend Steve’s home in North Carolina, currently sitting on their deck admiring the views and listening to many Cicadas – and one even visited us long enough to get photos:
Today we visited the Biltmore estate in North Carolina – and it was spectacular, both the extensive landscape, and the large home! Lots of pictures (though sadly, none are allowed inside the home):
Covered about 580 miles today, and stopped just short of Asheville, NC (tomorrows Biltmore destination) in this extremely nice and inexpensive suite hotel:
