MINI Takes The States
Once George and Jayne and GP1717 arrived in Gloucester, we met at my house, picked up Margaret, and then headed in to town for lunch, then we re-lived MTTS’06 and drove in a two GP caravan back to the MTTS’08 events …
Once I’d reached my home town of Gloucester, I parked and decided to take pictures of MINIs as they went by (rather sporadically due to traffic!) … if I didn’t take your MINI, sorry 😉
After leaving Anthonys Pier 4, we followed a slow, traffic light and pothole filled route that must have been designed to lose as many MINIs as possible! I was near the front of the group, and soon we were a group of less than 10 MINIs – but still, it was fun 🙂
When we arrived at the Man At Wheel statue in Gloucester, there was no parking for 200 MINIs (too many tourists!), so we blocked the roads for a while …
