The popular MINI Cooper captured the top ranking in the compact car segment last year, replacing the New Beetle, which had topped the segment since its introduction in 1998. The MINI was a repeat winner for 2003.
MINI dropping Indi Blue!?
Is it true that MINI will drop the color Indi Blue next year, as reported in this MINI2 Forum post – Adieu Indi Blue?!
Surprising – it seems to be a popular color.
I can understand dropping Velvet Red and Silk Green – I have seen very few of those around – but Indi Blue!?
Big American car & little GBMINI
Yesterday I drove with my colleague to Boxborough to attend “PCB East”; in the parking area he pointed out a “boat” – actually a big 1970s(?) American car, which we parked the diminuitive GBMINI next to (the fronts of the two cars are aligned!):
