Updating 8002

Our second trip down to 8002, and we changed loads of things!
We had to rent a minivan – it was a last minute trip over a holiday weekend, and they restrict rentals to force the price up! But we used this minivan to transport loads of stuff, so that’s OK 🙂


One major change was to put a new king size bed in our master bedroom – and we moved the queen that was in there to bedroom #3 (instead of the two singles that were there before):


Also, in bedroom #4, we replaced the double bed with a single – the plan is to make this room into a study (it already has internet and a printer, it just needs a computer and a desk!):

 

Finally, outside the front door we have our first flower – I guess it’s always spring time down here 🙂

Celebration Town

While at our new home last weekend, we visited nearby Celebration Town, created by Walt Disney (see history on Wikipedia).
It’s a colorful and compact town center, very attractive and with (we found) some great places to eat! But here’s some pictures (including a store that sold British goodies!):

 

There were also some interesting things in the sky (I’m cheating because this was at the house, not at Celebration!); birds of prey, and sky writing (I know it’s upside down – it was written probably for reading from Walt Disney World, not from our house!)
