Landing next day – small cars in England, not much room for our luggage!
Today we visited Wakehurst Place; the main reason was to find the location of a painting that my Uncle Keith had created some time in the past; I think we found a closely similar photograph, though clearly the trees have changed and filled in so that it’s no longer possible to see the stable building on the right:
