So, what’s next? Exterior stucco might happen soon, and inside the next big step forward is all the electrics …

For today’s visit, I didn’t expect to see much change – but instead there’s lots of completed plumbing, with even the bathtubs and shower bases installed! Another unexpected change – the garage door has been fitted (though there’s no opener yet):
