Margaret has continued to slowly decorate our home, painting nearly everywhere now (a challenge, since it’s so big!); our master bedroom is now painted though the furniture and layout hasn’t much changed since a year ago … She’s more pleased with the upstairs guest bedrooms which (like the downstairs one done last year) are now fully painted and decorated; the wall design we ordered online; it was surprisingly not too difficult to apply even to the textured walls:
The flowers around our pool and screened patio are starting to get established now, offering nice splashes of color …
A few other photos, that didn’t seem to fit in the daily posts … here is the La Cucina restaurant which serves Italian food in the evening, but is the VIP breakfast and lunch restaurant; beautiful and quiet, with as many as two wait staff to each table (we never saw more than about five tables occupied, when we were there!):
The carpet in the hall to our room is decorated with fish heading the same way as the ship – except for the occasional rebel that is supposed to represent Norwegian, that “cruise different”:
