White grass
This happens almost never here in New England, compared with often through winter in “old” England – frost on the grass (actually frost on everything, but this is a grass picture!):
I liked this picture of frost on some Fall leaves, too:
The pond had no ice on it, but a puddle on top of the filter barrel was iced over … a sign of things to come!
Chloe’s playtime
Chloe is completely recovered from her mystery “off-color” day – we did take her to the Vet but there was nothing wrong, no temperature, no injury, apparently she just didn’t feel good for a day! But she’s fine now, and to prove it she brought in another “toy” to play with … She pokes it to try to make it “work”, throws it around, and finally decides it’s time to relax instead:
