I guess after a year of taking a picture every day, I can’t quite get out of the habit … the “standing tall” Asparagus appealed to me today, at the local Willow Rest cafe/deli (though I didn’t actually buy any!)

  1. OK, so you take the Asparago toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, parmagiana regiana cheese, pepperoncini’s and bake at 450º for 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Or on a grill. YUM! Sometimes I drizzle some really good DOC balsamico over them once out of the oven, also a YUM!
