  1. How easy is Asparagus to come by and is it expensive?
    We enjoy ours steamed, how did you do yours?

  2. Asparagus seems quite easy to get … I followed Robert’s recipe:
    take the Asparago toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, parmagiana regiana cheese, pepperoncini’s and bake at 450º for 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Or on a grill. YUM! Sometimes I drizzle some really good DOC balsamico over them once out of the oven

    And yes, I put good balsamic over – after this pic!
