It took a long time to get the fish pond sorted this year – early warm weather and away till April meant the pond was very green and took forever to clear; we finally resorted to changing out more than half the water last week, which worked! Looks greenish from this angle, but it’s actually clear to the bottom …

Ian, Have you tried weed clearer. I used to use it on my pond at Waincliffe, if it got like that.
Might need to do something like that, if it happens again – but it’s unusual.
