1. So what’s up with all those cool little shacks along the shoreline? Rentals?

2. They are Beach Huts, Robert. Hardly more than a shed, a great place to keep everything and shelter from the sun – or rain – in the summer. But they are very high value; I’ve heard of them selling for more then $100,000!
