Heavy rain all afternoon and last night, followed by cooling temperatures down close to freezing, give us slippery ice on the driveway and path at work this morning!

Christmas Carol
In years past, Margaret & I have joined Joanne and Earle and their family, to see Christmas Carol at the local theatre – but that stopped doing the play and then (cursed by the ghosts?) closed down.
So this year, we went today to see the new Disney movie Christmas Carol – and it was quite spectacular!

Tonight, in cold windy weather, we joined lots of other Gloucesterites to see the lighting of this years huge lobster trap tree – here’s some before and after pictures …
