One of our tasks while at 8002 this year has been to get the exterior painted, and we’ve hired Gary & Sean from Pristine Services Group to do it. They started today, by pressure washing all the exterior of the house; the pool area gets the wash treatment, too:

Today, we filled the X3 with rocks, soil, and plants; then Margaret completed her “refresh” of the front of 8002, planting anew either side of the entrance, and then “mulching” with good looking lava rocks!
