On our drive back to Las Vegas today, we stopped at the Virgin River Recreation Area for a break; it turned out to be closed, but we parked and took a walk anyway, down to the river past lots of Spring plant growth!
Before leaving Springdale, we checked out Zion Canyon Elk Ranch – so maybe they’re not really Reindeer, but they’re impressive!
Close to Zion, we found this fabulous place to stay, the Desert Pearl Inn in Springdale. We got a two queen bed room last night, which was lovely – but tonight managed to get an even better room; it’s HUGE!
Thoroughly recommend staying here 🙂
