Another quick visit to the new home construction today – there’s now a huge pile of assembled wood framing for the eventual roof (a bit early!); more plumbing too including the sewer waste pipes. And a couple of electrical conduits that will be buried in the concrete flooring (one to the kitchen island, one to an outlet that will be under the sofa in the eventual living room) …
Plumbing begins at Stanton
While we were away, there’s been a lot of digging and running of pipes – red & blue for hot & cold, as well as white waste pipes and a long semi-transparent one that I think will be the inlet from the street …
That last shot is a close-up of the plumbing for the master shower – which will have four separate shower fittings!
Fort Clinch State Park
We visited Fort Clinch State Park yesterday; not as interesting as we’d hoped, but a strong indication of how much military might was needed to defend USA in the past!
