MINI Stays At Home

With some sadness, I’ve this morning cancelled my MINI Takes The States hotels since Margaret & I won’t be heading off for fun next week; I won’t be comfortable in a car for many hours / days, so we just can’t do the trip.

Instead, I’ll join James Day in his new “club”:

I hope everyone else has lots of fun, and I hope there’s going to be a 2016 MTTS so I can join in again …

A few years ago, our home was grass or trees; and in the coming soon next phase of Independence construction, the cleared but empty land across from the end of our road will soon be houses and townhouses – indeed the first three townhouse blocks have begun construction at the far side.
So before it’s impossible to see the weather, blocked by houses, here’s a view:

Maybe I should remember to take this view again, a year from now!
