Sad to report a rather stressful afternoon … hard as WheelDynamix tried (and they tried EXTREMELY hard) they were unable to win the war with the full roof cooperflags Union Jack.
The problems were cutting exactly along the edge of the roof (the flag is supplied much bigger than the roof), and eliminating the multiple creases in the front corners where the curves of the side of the roof meet the curves of the front.
Here is an early picture of the work (here you see Jeff of WheelDynamix still smiling – this was not how he (or I) looked later):
I will not post any final pictures because currently the roof is NOT finalized; the flag may yet come off and be scrapped 😦
Aloha! The fellows from cooper flags are tremendouly nice, and this things happen,I’m prety shure that they will fix the mistake and or compensate you for it, I DO NOT SEE ANY NEED TO PUT THEM DOWN, After all we all make mistakes.
It is sad to see this things happen.
Please notice that your comment is irrelevant to an event that happened MORE THAN TWO YEARS AGO!
At the time, the Cooperflags install terrible and due to THEIR recommendation of installer – they might or might not be better *now* but their quality now is irrelevant to my experience with them in March 2003.
Aloha Ian: By the way I just got My second order from COOPER FLAGS And is “AWESOME”, “BEAUTIFULL”,I have being in the graphics business for over 35 years and beleive me THIS FELLOWS are one of the few BEST in that industry.
Again, I thank you. Maurice
