Cold but GBMINI still runs
It is very very cold here in New England at the moment. Today was the first day that Margaret and I have ever seen a negative fahrenheit temperature: -1f is -18c which is not pleasant!
GBMINI started fine this morning but is definitely affected by the cold: the gear box is very stiff, and in combination with the freezing cold metal capped gear shift knob it made changing gears more challenging than normal. Also, there was very little bass from the stereo system, presumably due to the speakers stiffening up in the cold weather.
But I had left my camera in the car and it hated the cold even more – it would not work at all! I had to wait till I was in work to take this picture …
