Auto-up-windows MINI circuits, that is … Sales since new year have been slower – perhaps due to the price increase, perhaps due to most interested MINI owners now having bought a circuit – but I am still getting close to the end of the batch I ordered back in December.
So it is time to order yet another batch – but this time I will using a different contract manufacturer (Primus Technologies – we have been using them in my “real job” since 1995!); CMS simply got too expensive.
When I first developed the circuit, I wrote “I have had nearly 30 people contact me …“; I never anticipated much more than that, for my “little hobby gadget circuit”!
The power of “MINI word-of-mouth”:

I’d forgo many things for the AutoUp, it has been worth every penny spent.
I’ve always maintained that this is a brilliant piece of engineering that provides excellent value in its function and flexibility. I don’t know anyone who was ever disappointed with the circuit.
Ian…this product has almost achieved a cult status. I can see it now…Ian behind the brightly painted booth at all the national MINI events dressed in wide-striped carney suit, straw hat and cane. He is continually obscurred by the throngs of customers clamoring to put down cash for one of these gems. “Auto-Up Circuits Here! Step right up ladies and gents!”
Well, Ian, I guess I can say “You know, I knew him when…”.
Cheers to your success!
