The new MINI2

Many MINI fanatics had a tough day yesterday, with MINI2 down for upgrades … but this morning it is back, and at least for now it is lightning fast 🙂
The “light blue” display style I used has gone, but I suppose I will get used to the black format …
The “quick reply” is back and does a neat trick of popping your new message on the end of the display without appearing to do a full refresh – nice!

  1. I sure had withdrawals…. I did notice that the refresh on the upgrade is, as you said lightning fast. It sounds like the blue will be back but will come as one of the last parts of the upgrade.

    I don’t know about all this “I lost my blue background” stuff everyone is complaining about, I’ve always had a black background and nothing’s changed.. gotta stick with what’s easy to read you know?..
