they are getting more “aggressive” in their direct marketing…for this marketing guy, the mark of a good dealer…I still get birthday cards and info from my Honda dealer where we bought our Odyssey 6 years ago. When the new one came out a couple of years ago my sales rep sent me the new brochure inviting me to come in and check it out….I was impressed (but bought a MINI instead LOL)
My dealer could give a sh……………..! Happy MINIversary Ian.

Josh, I got one in Feb…it caught my eye ’cause it was addressed to my car and spoke of me in the 3rd tense….this was on its 2nd birthday, didn’t get one for 1 year.
But, I didn’t get a cake ;-(
