Many MINNIEs

Yes, MINNIEs, not MINIs …

I’ve seen very few MINIs down here in the DisneyWorld area – and I’m driving a huge disguised MINI van – but it’s fun and great weather down here, unlike the awful flooding back home that’s badly hit at least one MINI friend …

  1. Hope were you live it’s not flooding.

Have a great time at DW, I worked on some design stuff for the California Park a few years back……….. :¬-

  2. I’m hoping our house is OK – spoke to Dave, my neighbour, yesterday. They had a foot of water in their basement but he said our sump pump was running successfully.

My friends Harvey & Terry wrote online that they’ve lost their house/contents, and their MINI only just made it out of 18″ deep water! It’s not nice back in New England …

    Just trying that highlite thing……

  4. Don’t think my site is configured to support “blockquote” – I use the “em” tag instead (em=emphasis=italics), like this

  5. Yes – just got back from it tonight! Although it’s the third or fourth time I’ve seen it now 🙂

Also seen (in Las Vegas) Mystere (twice), O (five times), the new Ka (once so far – the best yet!), Zumanity (once – enough), and a number of travelling shows including Dralion (twice), Corteo (in Montreal same w/e as F1) and Quidam & Varekai (once each).

Yes, I’m a bit of a Cirque Du Soleil fanatic too 😉

  6. whew! you sure are! The ending of the DW one (La Nouba?) is my favorite part, w/ the trampolines and the guys jumping down from the windows in the “house”, hitting the trampoline, and then flying back up into the windows (backwards) right back into a crouched position.

I haven’t seen Ka. Last night, on Brava, they were having a “Cirquefest”, dunno if it’s going to be repeated this weekend. They were showing Varekai from 9-11 and then others after that, but I was in bed 🙂
