We headed over to Carmel today to see the Concours D’Elegance cars parked down the street, while their owners enjoy lunch – and it was worth the trip, though I don’t know the history of most of these car brands!

I like the Spyker, but they’re a bit OTT…
Interesting, the WSJ had an article today about how they dropped the # of cars to ~175, which prevented some cars from being there…
“Robert Pass owns a 1932 Packard Custom Dietrich Victoria, of which there are only four in the world. It has won awards at car shows, including first place at the National Classic Car Club of America competition in 2004. But that’s not good enough to make the cut this year for the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.”
