Following the amazing fund raising of over $16,000 at MINIsOnTop this year, today a number of MINIsOnTop volunteers gathered to enjoy a BBQ and present a check to Make-A-Wish (also present, MOT2006 major prize winners Shannon (who won the Herb Chambers MINI of Boston lease) and Chuck (who won the MINI of Peabody JCW upgrade)). John from Make-A-Wish joined us for some food, chats, and the check presentation:
Michael and Pam provided an excellent spread of food (including great desserts) and amazingly, the infamous Jeff Baker attended and did a wonderful job of running the BBQs and cooking various wonderful meats!
MANY thanks again to everyone that attended MINIsOnTop, all the “yellowhat” volunteers and the many companies that donated prizes which helped us raise more than $16,000 this year.
