At MINI of Peabody today, there were two GPs!
The second GP0297 just arrived – it came to USA with GP0203 and the other early delivery GPs, but was stored until recently to avoid spoiling the early delivery experience:

I wish we had a list of owners in the USA, with all contact info, etc…to organize get togethers, and other stuff!
I asked if an email could be sent to all “early delivery” folks, just letting them know that there is a mailing/chat list – MINI USA refused on privacy grounds. I can sort of understand that.
Sure. Well, I suppose this site certainly can be promoted on all other known MINI websites, as it is, but still we would miss out on all those non-web GP owners. Not much can be done about that, I guess.
