After seeing the new Sidewalk MC convertible recently, I’ve now seen the “night spoke” wheels, special on the Sidewalk MCS convertible:
Curiously, I like them less in person than in pictures! I had tried to get them as my GP winter wheels (because the coloring is similar to the GP wheel), but now I’m glad I didn’t – they look too “flowery”.
Apparently I’m not the only one that doesn’t like them – another Sidewalk MCS convertible there had different 17″ wheels on it …

I saw the Sidewalk at MoP when I was there last week and agree with your coment about the wheels. I immediately thought they looked like a flower.
One thing I didn’t notice, which seems to be visible on the right side of your picture, is that the rear bumber grills appear to be stainless steel. Or is it a transfer similar to the one they supply with the aero kit rear bumper?
Well spotted – I didn’t!
On the press pics, those pieces are identical to the standard MINI – maybe it’s just the normal black grill, catching the flash?
They look like they have bad curb rash!!
I hope not – this was a new / not sold car! Hopefully only delivery miles.
I have a feeling we are going to see these wheels offered on the Clubman S.
