Well, it doesn’t quite work; tonight at least it’s mostly the Gabe show … I can hear & see Gabe, sometimes hear and see Todd, and never see or hear DB, but it has a thrilling air of excitement-to-be 😉
And even while I write, it’s getting closer to working (“… a two hour long soundcheck …”)

Ian – thanks for tuning in. I think our endeavor was a little ambitious but we may try again someday. For now I’m comfortable sticking to audio until we get the kinks ironed out.

I’m all about the video – provided it works 😉
It was technically fascinating to watch as well as listen – but I don’t think the video brings anything new to the broadcast; if it’s so hard to get it working well, for so little benefit, then it seems Todd is correct.
That’s the thing though. Last week it took all of 4-5 minutes to get it running. I think ustream is simply having technical issues with echoing right now – or at least lastnight.
