Same old boring weather, here in Florida. Sunny and 85 degrees!
Both cameras actually took really blue photos – snow always confuses the color (“white balance”); the top picture I set white balance to the snow which I see as white, so arguably that’s more correct. Assuming my eye is correct, which is debatable anyway.
Color is a very mysterious thing. Reality is that the light coming off an object is dramatically altered by the light landing on it (midday sun, evening sun, interior lights), yet our eyes/brain magically decide what we’re seeing is the same color under those conditions. Really, our brain lies to us, and cameras struggle to create the same lie!
We think that’s about right. The second appears a little negative! Still as you say, our brain is the ultimate computer/camera.
