Over the last few weeks, Margaret’s been researching selling our Gloucester home, and now has created a very detailed “flyer” describing our home, as well as adding details to Zillow, and putting up a For Sale By Owner sign:
We will see how the rest of the year proceeds, it might be nearly as significant as 1996, when we emigrated to USA!

Moving solely to 8002 or just looking to buy another in the area? I think there are a lot of pitfalls as a owner seller but I’m sure you guys have it figured out.
If we sell successfully in MA, we will move back to 8002 then start looking for a different new FL home.
