We returned to Lennar Homes at Independence today, to pay our 10% deposit on our next home. Driving by our home site, we saw that work is already beginning – the home is now staked out, and soil is being added presumably to prepare the site for running utilities, and pouring the concrete slab. Apparently we need to drive up quite regularly, as progress appears rapid. The properties either side are going up fast!
