For an early walk this morning, I asked the hotel and was recommended to head north under the M4 to Gunnersbury Park; surprised to find such open space so close to the crazy busy London, motorway, etc! Our hotel is near to the tall tower on the right, with the curious top:
More than my walking, I discovered two “once amazing” mansions in the park (lots of background information here); here’s a couple of the photos I took:
