For the first time, I’ve washed my X3 M40i! I’ve had it washed by the dealership during service, and one time by a local car wash company, and with our garage and the fact that I have no commute (and no winter snow!) it doesn’t get so dirty … but today I did it myself. Nearly four years old, still less than 20,000 miles, and still looking good when clean:

As mentioned previously, the upstairs rear balcony of our home faces directly east towards the Kennedy Space Center, allowing us to watch launches – admittedly 60+ miles away so quite small, and only when the sky is clear … but it was today, so I watched and took a few photos [again]! Of course at that distance it’s a challenge to see them and for the camera to focus:
It’s a new year and hopefully it will be a healthy one! We live in a lovely home in a lovely town, walking into town for lunch yesterday, the Christmas decorations were still on display so we took a photo …
