Granite Pier, Rockport

On the way to work this morning, I diverted through Rockport to check out the Granite Pier that Keith suggested on MINI2 as a good stopping place on the MINI Meander next weekend:

MINI/Mini drive in Plymouth County

AAH!
While turning round on my way to the Mini Lap Of Plymouth County drive today, I misjudged the turning radius of my MINI and clipped the wheel against the kerb, scratching it drastically 😦

But apart from that the day was great – We started at Plymouth Airport, with a late breakfast at Plane Jane’s Restaurant – a very sensible place to start! After food we set off on a drive which culminated a few hours later at Dave’s Diner – just in time for lunch. Starting and ending a drive with food seems like a great idea to me 🙂
There were two MINIs and two Minis and we covered quite a few miles of Southern Massachusetts …
