Thousands of MINI Cooper owners are driving their cars to a national convention in Denver. The car being celebrated is a small, sporty and speedy vehicle that has a very loyal, fun and close-knit ownership community.
More than 6,000 MINI owners are expected to attend the convention in Denver.

The Hampton Inn hotels have some promotional advertising on their elevator doors, detailing landmarks around the country that they have helped to preserve … this was the very first one we saw:

After dinner tonight, we headed to Gelato Junction in town, which we’d seen earlier and looked like a good place for dessert, offering both Gelato and traditional creamy options – to find we were being welcomed!
Some quite unusual flavors – Sweet Potato gelato for example! But I found Yellow Cake ice cream, rich and sweet and fabulous!
And best of all … when we went to pay for the ice cream, we discovered that MINI USA was paying for it all! Thanks, MINI 🙂
