MINI Takes The States
Today we could choose between a 100 mile, 35mph, scenic drive … or fast rides on the Italian Job roller coaster at Kings Dominion … we chose the latter!
After the ride, traffic to Washington DC was a lot less fun!
And here’s video of driving the Midland Trail, recorded by George (GP #0154) following me (he has a steady camera mount, while my camera mount is a hand!)

Many thanks to whoever wrote up the alternate route along route 60, the “Midland Trail” – very twisty and challenging in some places and pretty everywhere. Shame about the speed trap though 😦
