Today Margaret and I visited Disney Springs (much is surprisingly much further from our new home) to take a walk through their annual Christmas Tree Trail; all the trees are themed on one of the Disney/Pixar movies / characters, and the details on many trees are very appropriate. After last nights Christmas Tree Lighting in downtown Winter Garden, this afternoon was the Christmas Parade – it’s a little strange to be risking sunburn while celebrating Christmas, but a fun parade anyway!
For downtown tree lighting this year, we parked where we will one day live, at Stanton Estates, and walked into town; good dinner at Tasting Room then joined the many other people for the countdown to tree lighting – and watched the City Hall video projection for a while too. I made a short Apple Memories video:
