Grand Floridian

We visited Disney’s Grand Floridian for lunch today – they do “English” cream teas! It’s quite a spectacular hotel, too – with a big Christmas tree and a huge gingerbread house in the lobby (the gingerbread house is big enough to have a shop inside it!)

Our “lunch” English cream tea was quite splendid too, and quite like we would expect in England – little crust-cut-off sandwiches (including cucumber and cress), scone with jam and (clotted) cream, and strawberries and cream to finish! Delicious 🙂

Back to Disney – Epcot and Boardwalk

We went over to Disney’s Boardwalk Hotel today for lunch, and from there walked to the back entrance at Epcot – there we renewed our Annual passes, and then visited Epcot for a few hours; of course riding inside the Epcot dome 🙂

At the Boardwalk hotel, in addition to the Boardwalk area itself, there was an impressive and large gingerbread house inside the hotel (complete with hidden Mickeys!)

And at the end of the day, an impressive Sunset over the World Showcase Lagoon at Epcot:
