Wow, these Atlas Pools people are fast! Crew returned this morning and in a couple of hours had completely excavated the pool and hot tub; here’s some pictures of their work this morning:
Atlas pools returned today with a Bobcat, to lift and discard all the grass where the pool and deck will be built. A bit of a shame as it was growing quite well, but we prefer the pool to grass!
Soon after that job was finished, a second crew arrived to lay out the pool design – our first chance to see exactly how it fits with the house, and to confirm the design (though a bit late now, to change!):
Tomorrow, perhaps they will be back again to dig a big hole!
In preparation for the pool construction beginning soon, we had Prestigious Landscaping come in to disconnect the irrigation, and move the trees, that are in the way of the pool. We’ve now had all three trees placed down on the slope below where the pool will be, off to one side to minimize spoiling our view as the trees grow in years to come!
