The house across the road has again made the mistake of leaving their trash bins not properly closed, and a “gang” of Turkey Vultures has taken advantage! Note the trash on the grass bottom right, and all the birds on their roof (and there’s a second group on another roof too):

Kitchen cabinets and so much more

It’s been a huge week for our new home at Independence! A week ago we had plastered sheetrock; now we have painted walls, tiled floors and bathrooms, and cabinets installed in the kitchen and bathrooms! We even have a partial driveway outside.

Kitchen cabinets look good; they will look better still in a couple weeks when the countertops are added …
