Over the last week there’s been slow but steady progress, especially in the theme of adding shiny stuff to the interior – because the interior walls are mostly framed in steel, and because the a/c ducting is being installed. Pictures of course:
Today’s visit found most of the windows installed, and the second phase of plumbing begun – more progress!
On our visit to Stanton Estates today, we found stairs as well as a fully covered roof!
And stairs gave us our first view of my future office space:
We spoke to site supervisor Alexy, and learned that the next week should bring windows, interior framing, and the beginning of plumbing and a/c ducting!
Our first visit to our future home in two weeks, and there’s been some changes! Hinted by pictures a few days ago, there’s now the beginnings of a pool in the back – and it’s very clear now how squeezed in the pool/deck will be, because of the too close fence!
The roof structure of the house is completed now, including the second story roof over the eventual office – and the huge balcony:
And there’s a start on the house to our right, though still nothing to the left …
