Spring is still here in Gloucester, and the garden is loving it – here’s a few pictures:
Tree removal
There’s always been a conifer in the back garden, just to the left of the house:
But since the addition (maybe before), it’s got more and more sick looking, till we finally decided we should have it looked at – and taken down, as the tree surgeon said it was fungus infested. So today, the cutting happened!
We also had them trim the overhanging branches above the driveway – it’ll help keep the cars cleaner!
Chloe in the dirt
Chloe can’t quite decide if today’s fabulous weather (Sunny, in the 70s) is good or not – it seems she was too hot till later in the day when it got shady; but once we were out in the garden, she joined us and seemed happy to be hiding and watching the Robins hunting for worms in the grass – but when I went over to take the picture, she was pleased to have attention, and switched from the birds to rolling in the dirt, and chasing who-knows-what in the plants!
