Some American kids (brats?) today are apparently educated that they are the most important thing in the world and nothing / no-one else matters … their idea of a jolly fun Saturday night game is to smash other peoples mail boxes with a baseball bat!
This is the third time this has happened in the last five years, and it’s extremely infuriating 😦
When we did the addition back in 2001, we touched just about all the house, including moving the side door in the kitchen and adding a skylight – but the one thing we didn’t do was update the kitchen cabinets/etc from it’s original 1950s style. So, we’ve finally done that too – not as messy as expected, but it takes a long time …
Outside this morning to see what the light overnight snow left – but strong sun was melting it away rapidly!
